PRE-EVENT PUBLICITY

The Adirondack Living Show™ media and publicity team has earned an enviable reputation for securing high-profile media coverage at past events in Florida, California, Arizona, Texas, Toronto, Saratoga, Lake Placid, Danbury, Albany, Brewster, Queensbury and of course, Lake George.
In July 2010, the tradition continues, as both written and audio press releases will be strategically delivered to media outlets preceding the show, resulting in priceless pre-event mentions on radio and TV, as well as radio, TV, and print interviews with show management.

Radio and TV: Will target both camp/country home consumers as well as rustic furnishing and Adirondack art collectors in late July 2010 with over 1200 x :30 second spots on specialty television networks & :60 second commercials on hand-picked radio stations.

Direct Mail: Invitations will be mailed to a confidential & proprietary list of 79,000 camp owners in the counties of Saratoga, Warren, Washington, Essex, Hamilton, and Fulton in early July 2010. Additionally, 4,100 personal invitations will be sent to members of the new and exclusive Adirondack Living V.I.P. club.

Newspaper/Magazine: Display advertising begins in late June with insertions in major Northeastern dailies as well as a 16 page tabloid sized insert within the Gold Sponsor newspaper (TBA) Sunday July 25th with a circulation in excess of 100,000. This supplement will also printed as a 6,000 piece overrun to serve as the official show guide for every couple entering the Adirondack Living Show. Magazine Advertising will begin in June with full-page ads and editorial in targeted upscale lifestyle publications including Cabin Life.

Internet: This website (www.adirondackliving.com) is promoted to the public, with specific show details including but not limited to floor plan, exhibitors, features, hours, and costs. Additionally, email blasts will be sent out in July to a proprietary email list of consumers inviting them to the show as well as "backstage" details of the show (7,100 addresses)

Billboards: Will target Adirondack Living Show consumers as well as rustic furnishing and Adirondack art collectors starting May 24th, with a billboard on I-87 north (the Northway).
